The FR-IPS2004S Series Industrial Switch delivers exceptional flexibility and robust network management for demanding access applications. It features two 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports: one (TP1) can accept IEEE 802.3at/bt (PoE+/PoE++) power input, while the other (TP2) provides a 10/100/1000BASE-T data connection along with a DC 5-24V output, enabling it to power and connect a wide range of devices like IP cameras directly. For critical network segmentation, the switch integrates a user-friendly DIP switch for effortless VLAN configuration. A pre-defined setting logically isolates the network by grouping TP1 and SFP1 into VLAN1 and TP2 and SFP2 into VLAN2, enhancing security and traffic management without the need for complex software. This combination of versatile power delivery, fiber optic capability, and simplified VLAN management makes it an all-in-one solution for secure and resilient industrial networks.
